London police are reminding parents to check their children's Halloween candy after a small, white pill was discovered in one child's bag of chips.

Police said the pill is suspected of being acetaminophen and the child obtained the bag of chips in the Second Street and Hartlett Street area during Halloween.

Though police were unsure how the pill got into the bag of chips, the parents told police there was a small, triangular cut in the bag.

"This appears to be an isolated incident," police said, adding the investigation is continuing.
